Notes:
A 1989 game made by Jaleco. Again, it is using
the "Cisco Heat" hardware. Which some of the
games like "Wild Pilot", "Arm Champs II",
"Captain Flag", etc., are also using it.

I've also seen that this game also uses the
same sports or 4WD or race car as "Hot Chase"
arcade game, which is called "Porsche 959".
Which I'm quite surprised about that.

It is also re-released in the SNES version
as "13e / 13th Rallye", instead of "11th".
Maybe due to years passed since it's arcade
release.

The cool thing about this pack is that, like
every 40 or 50 seconds (heard in Tunis stage),
it speeds up a little. And I think, I leave
this unchanged.

Track 11 and 12 are separated by me, since
these two are overlapping at each other after
the "Finish" part. Can be heard in Track 13.
Also, it's the hardest part to trim, since it
only used OKIM6295 for the drums. It took me
almost 4 hours trying to find a seamless loop
for this track. I hope I did looped it right.
If not, this is gonna be a pain.
